Description

  • Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception through to completion and steady state.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards (time, cost, quality).
  • Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor setups and complex client organization structures.
  • Develop, define, and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks and apply them practically across programs.
  • Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams to coordinate program activities and ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including influencing C-level sponsors.
  • Lead preparation of large proposals and program plans, own and review program financials, and present proposals to clients.
  • Mentor and coach consulting resources, and coordinate global delivery including offshore teams and multi-country roll-outs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading challenging business transformation programs and delivering full lifecycle SAP programs.
  • Demonstrable program-level delivery track record delivering to time, cost and quality and within budget.
  • Experience with ECC and S/4HANA implementations, including large multi-country roll-outs of significant size and complexity.
  • Ability to lead teams in complex environments involving multi-vendors, complex client structures, and geographically distributed resources.
  • Experience working with global teams and leading consultant teams both locally and remotely, including offshore delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of setting up programs for success across IT, Business, and Change components.
  • Ability to define and apply structured program delivery frameworks practically.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience preparing and presenting large proposals, articulating value-based propositions, and owning program financials.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources, plus willingness to travel for project-related requirements and submit CV in English.
