Description

  • Design end-to-end revenue infrastructure for lead capture, enrichment, routing, and attribution from first pageview to closed-won.
  • Own the marketing data infrastructure that connects campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline impact.
  • Implement server-side tracking, GTM, and CAPI frameworks and build dashboards that keep data accurate and actionable.
  • Develop high-performing landing pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build and manage complex workflows and cross-platform integrations using Zapier and n8n.
  • Create AI agents and automations for content drafting, social engagement, lead follow-up, sentiment monitoring, and campaign reporting.
  • Architect publishing systems that integrate CMS platforms, data sources, and distribution channels.
  • Run experiments across workflows and distribution strategies and turn successful approaches into repeatable templates and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience in technical marketing, marketing/growth engineering, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience building data pipelines, API integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Experience building landing pages with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier and n8n is required.
  • Deep experience with CleverTap or similar tools, including communication journeys and lifecycle email.
  • Strong command of GTM, server-side tracking, and CAPI.
  • Experience designing multi-touch attribution and tracking infrastructure.
  • Experience with AI agents, LLM-powered tooling, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, plus ad ops and identity resolution tools like Clearbit or 6sense.
