Description

  • Design and implement full-stack features and services using Node.js and Next.js.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs with a focus on performance and reliability.
  • Integrate and develop AI-driven components and agent workflows (embeddings, LLMs, agent tooling).
  • Optimize SQL databases and queries for production performance and scalability.
  • Own features end-to-end from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Maintain high code quality through automation, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to define and ship features.
  • Operate and improve cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments (AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes).

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in full-stack development with Node.js and Next.js.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents (e.g., Cursor), embeddings, and LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of API architecture, performance tuning, and production scalability.
  • Experience optimizing SQL databases and database performance.
  • Track record of technical leadership from design through deployment and ownership of features.
  • Strong code quality practices including automation, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, design, and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment and willing to take broad ownership.
