Description

  • Own the full lifecycle from raw video/audio ingestion to decisions made by autonomous AI agents in production.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines for unstructured multimodal data (video, audio).
  • Implement video and audio processing workflows, including codecs, frame extraction, and batch & streaming pipelines.
  • Develop and productionize AI agents including memory, planning, tool use, and execution loops.
  • Build systems that convert raw data into insights and autonomous actions using embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Make end-to-end architecture and deployment decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability of data-heavy systems.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate agents into campaign automation and matchmaking flows.
  • Define standards, ship quickly in ambiguous environments, and take full ownership of system design and execution.

Requirements

  • Expert-level Python engineering with clean, modular, reusable code.
  • Experience building scalable data pipelines for unstructured data (video, audio, multimodal).
  • Strong understanding of video and sound processing (codecs, frame extraction, batch & streaming workflows).
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents (memory, planning, tool use, execution loops).
  • Experience with embeddings, multimodal models, and LLM-powered workflows.
  • Strong grasp of performance, scalability, and reliability in data-heavy production systems.
  • Comfortable owning architecture decisions end-to-end, from ingestion to production agents.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and scalable compute setups.
  • Preferred/bonus: experience working with social media data and shipping production AI that drives revenue.
