Description

Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, MVP definition, launch, and iteration.
Build, test, and iterate MVPs rapidly based on data and user feedback.
Manage and prioritize multiple products simultaneously to meet business objectives.
Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics.
Collaborate with remote and outsourced development teams to deliver product outcomes.
Set up and analyze product analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments.
Make data-driven decisions that balance business goals and user needs.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver features.
Actively use AI tools to improve product discovery, delivery, analytics, and team productivity.

Requirements

Strong experience with early-stage products, primarily B2C.
High level of ownership, independence, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
Experience managing remote and outsourced teams.
Proven ability to run MVPs, experiments, and hypothesis-driven development.
Strong product analytics expertise, including metrics, A/B testing, and tracking setup.
Experience working with technical products or a software development background / strong technical understanding.
Mandatory hands-on experience using AI tools.
Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
Experience launching products from zero to product-market fit (nice to have).
Startup or fast-paced environment experience (nice to have).
