Description

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps using project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination for internal initiatives by facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting decisions, and publishing action items.
  • Track project progress, resource allocation, utilization, and burn rate for internal efforts.
  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers early and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Document technical decisions, assumptions, risks, and action items for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Follow established change-control procedures to manage changes in scope, timing, or resources.
  • Use internal tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence to increase transparency and standardize processes.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and escalation support for team members working on project workstreams.
  • Support internal process evaluations, organizational improvement initiatives, business cases, and readiness for new tools or technology transitions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, ideally with technical or cross-functional internal initiatives.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experience supporting Agile, sprint-based, Kanban, or hybrid technical delivery models.
  • Experience working with engineering, data, IT, AI, and/or product teams on technical projects.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, and MS Office Suite including Excel and Outlook, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Experience in SaaS, health tech, internal platform/tooling initiatives, or coordinating with DevOps/cloud/engineering teams is preferred.
