Description

  • Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided warm leads.
  • Explain estate recovery opportunities and the claims process.
  • Build trust and rapport during sensitive inheritance conversations.
  • Present and secure signed contingent fee agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and agreements.
  • Follow up with potential heirs and guide them through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with research and legal teams to support case processing.
  • Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced sales environment.

Requirements

  • Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience preferred.
  • Heir search experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform effectively in an extremely fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and build trust.
  • Comfort handling sensitive conversations about estates and inheritances.
  • Compassionate, self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and accuracy.
