Description

  • Develop and execute a data-driven SEO and AIO strategy across search, search-AI, and organic social channels to increase visibility and conversions for IncludedHealth.com and DoctorOnDemand.com.
  • Proactively identify and analyze emerging consumer health and AI trends, translating insights into actionable content and SEO initiatives.
  • Define, size, prioritize, and manage the organic growth roadmap and opportunities, partnering with Content Strategy to align cross-channel efforts.
  • Lead planning and front-end execution of high-performing content campaigns across search, Google AI Overviews, emerging AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT), and social channels (e.g., Reddit, Meta, TikTok).
  • Own the roadmap and execution for landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve member conversion across the journey.
  • Measure and optimize performance through A/B testing, building dashboards and reports, forecasting SEO impact, and communicating results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Own licensing, budgeting, vendor relationships, and value generation for web- and SEO-focused marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with Member Acquisition, Content Strategy, Engineering, Product, Analytics, and other stakeholders to prioritize and implement SEO and website initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor strategies, market research, and customer preferences to inform ongoing SEO and content decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience and leadership in SEO, preferably with in-house and enterprise-level environments (strong preference for healthcare experience).
  • Deep expertise in SEO principles and strategies, including familiarity with AI-driven search trends and search-AI behaviors.
  • Proven experience with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) and strategies to optimize content and UX for these platforms.
  • Strong CMS and web publishing experience, including proficiency with WordPress, site structure, content governance, and publishing workflows.
  • Technical SEO skills, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Schema implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Looker, Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Yoast, and Screaming Frog, and ability to interpret data and forecast impact.
  • Demonstrated experience leading CRO, A/B testing, dashboarding, and performance measurement to drive business outcomes.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, including partnering with engineering, product, analytics, and executive leadership.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influence skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and securing organizational buy-in.
  • Leadership experience managing teams, mentoring, and overseeing agency/vendor relationships; experience setting channel-level OKRs and financial/impact modeling is preferred.
