Description

  • Own financial models for clinical and member care staffing supporting the Navigation service line.
  • Develop detailed forecast models for annual business planning and long-range planning.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term planning processes with product line owners.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights on cost performance to finance and business leadership.
  • Develop trend analytics and metric indicators to highlight performance trends and variances.
  • Conduct unit cost analysis to support pricing decisions and identify savings or performance opportunities.
  • Partner with business operations on workforce planning and tracking current performance.
  • Provide financial counsel and decision support focused on expense control and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting and analysis.
  • Build financial reporting dashboards, improve data standardization, and develop scalable financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of finance experience focused on financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience performing complex financial modeling and in-depth analysis of complex issues.
  • Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings to a range of audiences and presenting complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with workforce planning.
  • Experience leading a department to planned targets.
  • Experience with Anaplan.
  • Experience in a strategic business partnership role is preferred.
