Description

  • Lead one or more engineering teams focused on critical areas of the virtual care platform.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to define the long-term vision and roadmap.
  • Guide technical strategy and architecture decisions that support scalability, performance, and delivery progress.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering an inclusive and accountable team culture.
  • Partner across the organization to influence product direction, resourcing, and prioritization.
  • Improve engineering processes, quality, and reliability.
  • Drive engineering strategy in support of company and product goals.
  • Lead cross-team architecture decisions and help resolve complex technical trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership.
  • Experience leading multiple teams or company-level initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and align technical plans with product and business goals.
  • Experience leading teams through ambiguous problem spaces and delivering high-quality, user-facing products.
  • Strong ability to hire, develop, and retain engineering talent.
  • Comfort engaging in architecture and implementation decisions.
  • Ability to evaluate trade-offs across cost, velocity, and value delivery.
  • Experience shaping a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Remote work eligibility for this remote-first role.
