Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client reporting and business development questions through clear data analysis.
  • Develop Tableau dashboards for client reporting, expanding patient populations, and emerging clinical programs.
  • Apply business intelligence best practices to ensure dashboards are user-friendly, performant, production-ready, and aligned with business goals.
  • Create analytical models in dbt to support Tableau dashboards and downstream reporting.
  • Use SQL and other tools to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from claims, EHR, HIE, and programmatic sources.
  • Complete analytics requests and ad hoc reporting needs through Atlassian tools such as JIRA, providing clear updates and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and internal data teams to develop tools and capabilities that improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, preferably in commercial and business development.
  • 3+ years of experience with Tableau, including advanced use of calculations, parameters, performance tuning, and interactivity.
  • Tableau Desktop Specialist certification or a related certification preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to build analytic tools quickly from large-scale data in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
  • Experience using dbt for data modeling and GitHub for version control.
  • Ability to communicate findings through data storytelling that connects insights with business goals and impact.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, making decisions with limited information, and adapting to changing business priorities.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as claims, EHR, and health information exchange is a strong plus.

  • Base salary range of $115,000 to $130,000.
