Description

  • Realizar análises de dados para apoiar a tomada de decisão e gerar insights estratégicos de negócio.
  • Comunicar insights e acompanhar a evolução de indicadores e o impacto das ações sobre eles.
  • Propor e executar testes em colaboração com outros times para impulsionar os indicadores do produto.
  • Construir e manter dashboards para acompanhamento de resultados.
  • Acompanhar a jornada do usuário de ponta a ponta.
  • Atuar como interface entre áreas multidisciplinares, incluindo produto, growth, data, comercial e logística.
  • Implementar e mensurar experimentos e testes A/B.
  • Acompanhar indicadores da sub home.
  • Monitorar os principais OKRs e KPIs de crescimento e engajamento, trazendo análises acionáveis para orientar a estratégia do time.

Requirements

  • Habilidade analítica para resolver समस्यas complexas e estruturar dados de forma eficaz.
  • Capacidade de construir storytelling com dados e transformar informações em direcionais claros e acionáveis.
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de construir relacionamentos sólidos.
  • Iniciativa, proatividade, flexibilidade e adaptação em um ambiente dinâmico.
  • Autonomia e senso de dono para gerir projetos e entregas com responsabilidade.
  • Conhecimento sólido em SQL.
  • Experiência com ferramentas de dataviz como Tableau, Databricks ou ThoughtSpot.
  • Python é desejável.
