Description

  • Design compelling visual assets for digital marketing projects using Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and related tools.
  • Create layouts and resize graphics for different platforms while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare illustration layers, icons, and other design elements for animation and motion graphics.
  • Retouch and edit images in Photoshop to a high professional standard.
  • Collaborate with the team to edit ads, recreate UI screens for animation, and support storyboard and concept development.
  • Source people photos, videos, and music for projects and maintain an organized asset library.
  • Adapt layouts and graphics for different countries while considering cultural sensitivities.
  • Design print materials such as banners, stickers, and flyers, and prepare files for printing.
  • Use AI tools for content generation, including JSON-based prompting and tools such as Higgsfield, KlingAI, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI.
  • Stay current with design trends and technologies and complete repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a graphic or motion designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, photo editing, and AI usage.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Advanced photo editing and retouching skills.
  • Strong understanding of motion design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English at C1 level.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Experience with AI tools, JSON-based prompting, and tools such as Higgsfield, KlingAI, Midjourney, Gemini, Claude, and OpenAI is required or strongly preferred.
