Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain reproducible machine learning models for production environments.
  • Build behavioral forecasting models to predict user engagement, retention, and activity frequency.
  • Develop uplift models to measure the incremental impact of business interventions.
  • Improve and scale next-best-action recommendation engines to personalize user experiences.
  • Lead the statistical design and analysis of A/B tests to validate model performance and business hypotheses.
  • Partner with the Analytics and Data Science team and the AI Lab to push models into production.
  • Perform feature engineering, model selection, and pipeline optimization for machine learning workflows.
  • Communicate analytical results through interactive dashboards and data storytelling.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Science.
  • Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, including regression, boosting, clustering, and related frameworks.
  • Advanced Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience with complex feature engineering, model selection, and pipeline optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and structuring data from large-scale databases.
  • Ability to use Tableau to communicate analytical results through interactive dashboards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • Must submit CV in English.
