Description

  • Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards to support compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with security, IT operations, and application development teams to integrate IAM into existing systems and workflows.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits, and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Stay current on emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies and trends.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on access control, authentication, authorization, and identity governance.
  • Evaluate IAM tools and technologies based on scalability, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead IAM implementation projects from conception to completion.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM topics in internal and external forums.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions in large, complex environments.
  • Experience leading a Saviynt implementation within the past 5 years.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and PKI.
  • Experience with Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CIAM preferred.
