Description

  • Own and manage end-to-end trading operations, ensuring coordination between account management and technical execution.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor risk management frameworks tailored to proprietary trading activities.
  • Monitor and validate information flow between account managers and internal stakeholders to prevent operational errors.
  • Act as the primary control point for critical account data, trading parameters, and policy compliance.
  • Identify operational and execution risks in real time and deliver immediate, data-driven mitigation solutions.
  • Ensure operational systems and risk controls scale effectively as the company expands into new international regions.
  • Partner with Growth and Engineering teams to align operational capacity with business expansion goals.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience within the proprietary trading industry is mandatory.
  • Candidates without direct prop firm experience will not be considered.
  • Strong understanding of prop firm account structures, trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and DxTrade, and risk exposure metrics.
  • Proven experience managing or overseeing account management teams in a high-pressure, structured environment.
  • Highly proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision; no training will be provided.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Strong analytical ability to analyze trading data and identify patterns of risk or operational inefficiency.
  • Experience with international expansion or scaling operations in new markets such as the DACH region is preferred.
