Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Optimize campaigns through ongoing A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Develop and refine audience targeting strategies using lookalike audiences, retargeting funnels, and interest-based segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets to ensure efficient spend and avoid overspending.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities in fintech and trading markets.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution through proper implementation of pixels, GTM tags, and conversion events.
  • Collaborate with creative and account management teams to execute data-backed campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven experience as a PPC Specialist or similar role within a marketing agency.
  • Expert proficiency in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Twitter (X) Ads is a plus.
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and tracking pixel implementation.
  • Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or trading industries is a significant advantage.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
  • Professional-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
