Description

  • Develop and execute advanced outreach strategies tailored specifically to the prop trading industry.
  • Identify and reach prop firm owners, founders, and key decision-makers who are not publicly visible.
  • Build multi-channel outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals, and databases.
  • Research and map the prop trading ecosystem to uncover real contacts and decision-makers.
  • Personalize outreach messages to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Track outreach performance, analyze response rates, and continuously optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and management team to qualify leads and hand them over.
  • Avoid generic mass-email approaches and instead create creative, targeted outreach methods.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outreach and lead generation within the prop trading, brokerage, trading, fintech, or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the prop firm business model and its unique challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to reach hard-to-access decision-makers.
  • Creative, strategic thinker who does not rely on standard templates or mass outreach.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with multi-channel outreach methods such as LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, private communities, referrals, or databases is preferred.
