Description

  • Develop and execute the annual growth strategy for the Assurance Ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain a robust business development pipeline and shape opportunities from qualification through award.
  • Lead proposal strategy and solution development for Assurance-related pursuits.
  • Build executive relationships across federal agencies and strategic partners.
  • Provide executive oversight across all Assurance engagements and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor engagement risks, resolve delivery issues, and drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.
  • Recruit, retain, coach, and mentor consulting talent while developing career paths and succession plans.
  • Develop repeatable methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, tools, and intellectual property to strengthen the practice.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate automation, analytics, and AI into service delivery where appropriate.
  • Advise senior government executives and represent Ibility through thought leadership, conferences, and client forums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field; master's degree strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in audit, compliance, risk management, or government financial management, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of federal audit standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book), OMB circulars, and federal financial management requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience leading assurance or compliance engagements within federal government or public health agencies.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex compliance and risk issues to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing professional services teams and multi-engagement portfolios with accountability for quality and outcomes.
  • Experience with federal accounting systems and requirements such as CARS, GTAS, UFMS, FASB, or GAO Green Book (preferred).
  • CPA, CIA, CFE, or equivalent credential preferred.
  • Risk management or compliance certification such as CRMA, CRISC, or CCEP is a plus.
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred).
