Description

  • Assess organizational change management and operational readiness for transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person meetings with government clients and coordinate collaboration across business units.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with multiple client stakeholder groups.
  • Identify target-state organizational requirements from written materials and stakeholder discussions.
  • Document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and recommend ways to address resistance to change.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Build approaches that increase organizational resiliency and change capacity, including transitioning change-management responsibilities to business units.
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizational culture, performance, and readiness.
  • Develop and deploy user adoption and training programs for the technology solution.
  • Test and review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation.
  • Experience with system and/or IT implementation in an OCM context.
  • ERP experience is strongly desired.
  • Understanding of or experience working with the VA is strongly desired.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Experience interfacing with subject matter experts, end users, and client stakeholders across the organization.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Prosci Change Practitioner or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a Financial Management system transformation is preferred.
