Description

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta paid advertising campaigns.
  • Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals and performance targets.
  • Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and other campaign metrics.
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and segmentation.
  • Run A/B tests across creatives, messaging, audiences, and campaign strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce effective ad content.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on advertising trends, Meta platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of paid advertising or performance marketing experience, including hands-on Meta Ads experience.
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and campaign management tools.
  • Experience launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and working toward performance targets.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics, reporting tools, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in a digital or performance marketing agency, across multiple client accounts or industries, with additional ad platforms, analytics tools, CRO, landing pages, marketing funnels, or international clients (preferred).
