Description

  • Own a portfolio of client accounts as the primary strategic contact.
  • Lead bi-weekly client calls and provide performance reports with recommendations and next steps.
  • Build, launch, optimize, and troubleshoot Meta lead-generation and appointment-booking campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, audiences, bidding strategies, account structures, and creative testing.
  • Monitor performance against cost-per-appointment and other acquisition metrics.
  • Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaign variables.
  • Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts, including hooks, angles, and offers.
  • Collaborate with video editors and provide clear creative direction informed by performance data.
  • Set up and troubleshoot Meta pixels, conversion events, Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
  • Diagnose funnel, tracking, technical, and lead-flow issues while supporting client retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, including substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets and support client retention.
  • Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and video sales letter scripts.
  • Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial services, RIA, lead-generation, appointment-setting, VSL, high-ticket funnel, agency, or direct-response advertising experience preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, or booked appointments for upper compensation consideration.
  • Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising preferred for upper compensation consideration.
