Work with design, production, and technology teams to deliver project needs.
Develop creative concepts and find inspiration for projects and pitches.
Design elements for creative projects and collaborate closely with team members.
Create decks and concept presentations for full-team development.
Present work to clients and internal stakeholders and manage feedback.
Workshop ideas and solutions with the team.
Give and receive design feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Balance multiple projects in various stages of production and pitching.
Pivot quickly and adapt to changing project needs.

Requirements

7+ years of design experience in a fast-paced design agency or corporate environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in design or related studies.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience supporting creative work with a strategic mindset.
A portfolio showing diversity across mediums and interests.
Significant experience in 3D design, motion, and/or digital work.
Proficiency with 2D and 3D design software.
Animation and interface design skills.
