Description

Arrange timely payment of bills, accounts and supplier invoices.
Verify vendor bills, invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
Cross-check expenses against supporting invoices to maintain accurate records.
Maintain complete records of financial transactions.
Track operational costs across labour, equipment and materials.
Compare actual costs with budgets and flag variances.
Serve as a point of contact for vendor and general accounts queries.
Communicate with suppliers and contractors about billing and payment schedules.
Support the Head of Finance with ad hoc reporting and bookkeeping.
Follow company policies, procedures and Business Management System standards.

Requirements

Based in the Philippines.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping or a similar accounts role.
Strong computer literacy and accurate data-entry skills.
Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software is preferred.
Waste management industry exposure is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Clear, professional written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work autonomously, with strong organisation and self-motivation.
Available to work Australian business hours, approximately 9 AM–5 PM Monday to Friday.
Willing to work under a full-time independent contractor agreement and disclose existing client work.
