Description

  • Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams across multiple disciplines.
  • Plan and prioritize deliverables and resources across multiple projects.
  • Serve as the main client-facing and internal point of contact for project delivery.
  • Maintain day-to-day oversight of project activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Communicate project status internally and externally.
  • Build project timelines and communicate launch dates.
  • Manage deliverable requirements, change control, risk management, and scope.
  • Coordinate with creative, strategy, tech, and other discipline teams.
  • Manage client expectations and incorporate client feedback.
  • Oversee project quality, integrity, and budget adherence.

Requirements

  • Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation.
  • Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs.
  • Experience in management or mentorship.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
  • Experience on creative projects.
  • Ability to manage projects end to end autonomously.
  • Experience monitoring project risks and scope creep and proactively solving issues.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience with team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
  • Working knowledge of Asana, Jira, and Coda; Figma experience is a plus.
  • If selected and holding an Engineering degree or related profession, a professional license is required.
