Description

  • Provide timely customer support via chat, email, and phone to resolve issues effectively.
  • Answer questions and guide customers on using various HubSpot tools, developing deep product knowledge.
  • Diagnose software issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams using established processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to marketers, salespeople, and service teams who use HubSpot software.
  • Recommend personalized solutions that help customers advance and grow their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer success, sales, etc.) to identify opportunities for customers to expand use of the platform and services.
  • Maintain composure, resilience, and flexibility when customer needs change or case volume increases.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
  • Strong creative problem-solving orientation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn.
  • Ability to grow and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to quickly reprioritize in response to changing customer needs.
  • Passion for working with customers to find solutions that achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication skills with clear expression and conversational fluency.
  • Interest in learning technical skills such as HTML, CSS, and APIs.
