Description

  • Develop an understanding of client businesses, campaign objectives, and statements of work.
  • Execute client and internal SEO campaigns and report results with insights and next steps.
  • Attend and support client meetings, strategy workshops, and briefing/reporting calls.
  • Conduct SEO audits, high-value page analysis, and keyword research to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Review website content and produce optimisation recommendations covering metadata, on-page content, internal links, CTAs, images, and page layout.
  • Produce or review monthly and quarterly SEO health and performance reports.
  • Support website migrations to HubSpot, including migration planning, URL structure changes, redirect mapping, QA, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to keep SEO work on track and resolve technical issues.
  • Use Google Analytics, HubSpot reporting, and other tools to extract, analyse, and present performance data and recommendations.
  • Support project planning, write technical briefs, manage quality control, and document project strategy and architecture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an SEO or SEM Specialist.
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in SEO and web analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMRush, Moz, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Majestic, and Ahrefs.
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyse data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and professional time and cost management.
  • Legal right to work and current residency in South Africa.
