Description

  • Retrieve customer data using remote software and FTP.
  • Execute the full Extract, Transform, Validate, and Import (ETL) process to migrate data into Alto.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform complex data transformations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent data projects while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Ensure a seamless technical onboarding transition for new customers.
  • Work collaboratively and with ownership to complete tasks and drive projects to completion.
  • Adapt quickly to technical challenges and learn from setbacks.
  • Deliver customer-focused outcomes that build trust through each interaction.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience writing and understanding MySQL and/or MS SQL Server queries.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, database formats, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent data projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • A customer-focused, collaborative, and ownership-oriented mindset aligned with the company’s values.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, busy department environment (implied by the role).
