Description

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (revenue, product, finance, customer success and others) to identify problems, define analyses and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that provide visibility and confidence for stakeholders while ensuring data integrity and validity.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries and dashboard models to extract, transform and analyze data for reporting and ad-hoc investigations.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers and analytics engineers to ensure data availability, efficient processes and successful project execution.
  • Run product and user behavior analyses (e.g., AI Web App/Website Builder usage, user segmentation, unit economics) to inform roadmap and growth strategies.
  • Measure marketing impact and user responses to communications, including designing and analyzing A/B tests where appropriate.
  • Perform churn and retention analysis, hypothesis testing, pricing sensitivity and segmentation to improve user lifetime value and reduce churn.
  • Analyze customer success data to identify common issues, improve onboarding and chatbot effectiveness, and define what constitutes successful CS interactions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role.
  • Hands-on SQL expertise with ability to write, optimize and validate queries and dashboard data models.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred; experience with other tools acceptable).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain complex data simply and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of turning raw data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) is a plus.
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • A/B testing experience or knowledge of statistical concepts is a plus.
  • Ability to work full-time remotely while based in Europe (locations mentioned: Warsaw, Riga, Tallinn, Berlin).
