Description

  • Participate in shift rotation to respond to infrastructure alerts and incidents.
  • Monitor product infrastructure issues using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Graylog.
  • Perform regular infrastructure maintenance, debugging, enhancement, and development work.
  • Document operational actions and convert findings into repeatable procedures and automation.
  • Optimize and implement automation across multiple projects using Ansible.
  • Implement new services and improve existing services using Python, Bash, or other appropriate tools.
  • Work closely with system and software engineers to solve infrastructure issues affecting customers.
  • Maintain full access ownership over infrastructure monitoring and operational troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Fluent English for working with a global team.
  • Experience with Linux system administration.
  • Strong interest in monitoring and monitoring-driven operations.
  • Practical experience using Bash commands to debug logs, service outputs, and network/firewall issues.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate asynchronously in a team environment.
  • Team player mindset with a proactive, go-for-it attitude.
  • Capability to script with Python, PHP, Bash, Go, or other programming languages is a nice to have.
  • Passion for learning and building innovative solutions.
