Description

  • Own the organic social growth strategy across Reddit, Quora, niche forums, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and review platforms.
  • Define channel selection, positioning, KPIs, and prioritization for community-led growth initiatives.
  • Align community efforts with SEO strategy, keyword opportunities, content distribution, and AI overview visibility.
  • Manage Reddit accounts and the company’s owned subreddit, including active participation in relevant communities.
  • Start and join discussions, run AMAs, and contribute consistently to grow visibility and authority.
  • Track brand mentions, product discussions, and branded queries across forums and review platforms.
  • Respond strategically from official accounts and share insights with SEO and Content teams.
  • Lead review and reputation strategy, including review acquisition initiatives and sentiment monitoring.
  • Support the company during reputational situations when needed.
  • Partner with Customer Success to manage public feedback channels in line with brand positioning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community-driven marketing, online reputation management, forum engagement, or organic growth.
  • Deep understanding of Reddit, Quora, Facebook Groups, niche forums, and review platforms, including moderation rules and best practices.
  • Experience managing Trustpilot or similar review platforms and responding publicly to customer feedback.
  • Ability to write in an authentic voice and adapt tone across different platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and how forum visibility impacts search presence.
  • Excellent research skills to identify relevant discussions, trends, and growth opportunities independently.
  • Exceptional written English with strong attention to nuance and tone.
  • A strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
  • Self-starter mentality with proactive, curious, and high-ownership working style.
  • Interest in technology, online behavior, and how digital conversations influence buying decisions.
