Description

Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide aligned with the brand and product vision.
Use data, user feedback, and research to refine and improve the user journey.
Drive the overall design vision for the product in line with the company’s long-term strategy and values.
Collaborate closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
Inspire the team with innovative ideas that help create a product users love and remember.

Requirements

Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product.
A world-class portfolio demonstrating the ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience using Whimsical for mockups and Figma for design work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to think creatively and push conventional design to create differentiated experiences.
A deep passion for design and a keen eye for detail.
Location is flexible, but the ideal candidate works in a European or American timezone up to the East Coast.
Experience in short-term rentals or as an Airbnb host is a strong plus.

Benefits

Total cash compensation ranging from USD $133,200 to $188,000 depending on seniority and location.
Gross salary for US employees ranging from $113,220 to $159,800.
Equity compensation through $HOST Token RSUs with a grant value of up to $75,200.
Eligibility for up to an additional $459,816 per year in Performance Share Units tied to business performance targets.
Healthcare coverage for US employees, including EPO, PPO, and HSA options.
401(k) for US employees.
35 days off per year, including self-serve public holidays.
Parental leave.
