Description

  • Oversee the successful execution of multiple large-scale projects.
  • Ensure IT solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify, document, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Determine project team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple organizational functions.
  • Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Prepare project status reports and communicate with sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Define and manage roadmaps for AI initiatives aligned to business value.
  • Facilitate intake and prioritization of AI use cases, including feasibility, data readiness, and ROI.
  • Establish AI governance standards, including documentation, model lifecycle management, and auditability.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and business teams to support deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party AI tools and platforms when applicable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to or experience with AI, data, or advanced analytics initiatives preferred.
  • Certification in Project/Program Management preferred, such as PMP or CAPM.
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision.
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communication.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $89,800.00 to $125,500.00.
  • Salary is commensurate with experience, location, and other factors.
