Description

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and business process optimization solutions.
  • Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, enhancements, and ongoing support.
  • Perform application upgrades, patches, maintenance, and other production support activities.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and quality meet service level agreements.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and recommend technology solutions.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for multiple applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with business partners, product owners, user communities, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Partner with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and operational stability.
  • Mentor and coach software engineers through knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, and support.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with medium to complex applications, systems, or technology solutions.
  • Proficiency with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency developing enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for relational database development and data access.
  • Experience with Entity Framework, EF Core, or similar ORM technologies.
  • Experience designing, developing, and consuming REST APIs and Web APIs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automated unit tests.
  • Proficiency with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar tools, with the ability to review and validate AI-generated output.
  • Knowledge of secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, and protection of sensitive data.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and/or DevOps environments.
  • Preferred: Experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Preferred: Experience with application logging, monitoring, and observability solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience with package management tools such as NuGet.
  • Preferred: Experience contributing to application architecture and designing scalable enterprise applications.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of cloud platforms, application architecture, and modern development practices.
  • Preferred: Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring software engineers.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $89,800 to $125,500.
  • Pay is commensurate with experience and location.
