Description

  • Conduct daily quality audits for assigned departments, including Claims, Customer Service, New Business, Underwriting, and Policy Services.
  • Perform ad hoc and special audits requested by leadership.
  • Ensure operational processes align with company standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identify trends, process gaps, and improvement opportunities from audit findings.
  • Record audit results accurately in quality audit databases and reporting systems.
  • Provide timely feedback to leadership on audit outcomes and department performance.
  • Support analysis of audit trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen quality and consistency.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing the Quality Audit Program across multiple business units.
  • Support audit procedures for new products, services, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with departments and business partners on quality initiatives and special assignments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a Quality Audit, Operations, Compliance, or related role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Comfortable using databases, reporting systems, and technology tools to record and analyze results.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business processes and operational needs.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
