Description

  • Process and reconcile investment trading and cash activity in the investment accounting system.
  • Run valuation processes and perform related controls.
  • Prepare net investment income analysis and management reporting.
  • Prepare investment disclosures on both STAT and GAAP bases.
  • Prepare assigned investment regulatory reports, including Schedule D.
  • Assist with GAAP and STAT audit inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
  • Manage internal and external expectations for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial systems and reporting methods.
  • Collaborate with senior management and functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, data manipulation, and process improvements through technology.
  • Ability to manipulate and rationalize large datasets.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to interpret and apply financial and analytical techniques effectively.
  • Knowledge of ePAM is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Benefits

  • Pay range of $61,900 to $91,300 annually.
  • Salary commensurate with experience and location.
