Description

  • Process and manage incoming business documents within required timeframes.
  • Transition documents accurately into the Document Management System.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of documents across multiple repositories.
  • Perform corrections and updates to documents as requested by business units.
  • Process exception and research cases in the QC work queue to resolve discrepancies.
  • Identify document types, prioritize workflows, and route work appropriately.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Respond to business partner inquiries related to document processing and scanned materials.
  • Ensure work meets established service levels, accuracy standards, and deadlines.
  • Support quality control by maintaining accurate document recognition and classification.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in document management systems and processes.
  • Experience with document management systems, scanning, or indexing processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when handling critical business documents and payments.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry systems.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
