Description

  • Hold franchise owners accountable for minimum operational standards and franchise agreement provisions.
  • Review operational and financial standards through remote desktop audits and quality assurance visits.
  • Follow up promptly with franchise owners after reviews, inspections, and QA visits.
  • Recommend best practices to help franchise owners mitigate business risk.
  • Collaborate with applicable headquarters departments on standards-related situations.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of standards and best practices.
  • Improve the review process by identifying efficiencies and strengthening network education.
  • Participate in strategic planning for the Franchise Standards department and the company.
  • Provide standards-related training for stakeholders.
  • Travel for company events, office visits, or other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Management, Communications, Human Resource Management, or Finance, or an associate degree.
  • 2+ years of business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with Google Workspace preferred.
  • Ability to build working relationships through trust and accountability.
  • Experience influencing and coaching stakeholders, including delivering difficult feedback.
  • Strong integrity, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage projects end to end and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong organization, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of standards matters.
