Description

  • Deliver AI observability capabilities from data ingestion through in-product visualizations.
  • Contribute to the data model and infrastructure for observing AI agents and their ecosystems.
  • Build systems that surface AI-specific signals including cost, token usage, errors, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive, useful workflows.
  • Share insights into AI system behavior across conversations and workloads.
  • Iterate through experimentation and fast feedback loops, sharing both successes and failures.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation after approximately 90 days.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience shipping customer-facing features at a SaaS company.
  • Full-stack development experience with backend proficiency in Go and/or Python.
  • Frontend proficiency with TypeScript and React.
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and designers.
  • Regular hands-on use of AI tools in engineering work.
  • Experience participating in an on-call rotation.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting requirements in a fast-moving, experimental environment.
  • Experience building production LLM or agent-powered features preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with observability tools such as OpenTelemetry preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship or transfers are not currently supported.
