Description

  • Own live ops initiatives by defining and delivering live features, events, and improvements that impact retention, engagement, and monetization.
  • Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing player behavior and game performance, forming hypotheses, and iterating based on results.
  • Build and maintain the live roadmap for short- and mid-term live content, balancing business goals, player experience, and development constraints.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, analysts, engineers, artists, and producers to execute the live roadmap.
  • Continuously monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and refine features after release to maximize impact.
  • Support the ongoing live operation of a scaling mobile game and contribute to its long-term success.
  • Translate insights into actionable product decisions and priorities.
  • Ensure smooth execution and high-quality releases across design, tech, art, and analytics.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Product Management (Live Ops) for mobile games.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex problems and structure clear hypotheses and solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data, define success metrics, and make data-informed decisions.
  • Solid understanding of the casual or hybrid-casual mobile games market and player behavior.
  • Experience supporting or owning product roadmaps and prioritization in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Bonus: experience working on top-performing or top-grossing mobile games.
  • Bonus: exposure to A/B testing, live events, or monetization systems.
  • Bonus: experience working in a highly data-driven product organization.
