Description

  • Own full production for Homa’s forever-franchise titles from strategic planning through long-term live operations.
  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams (Product, Tech, Art, Data, Growth, External Partners) at an executive level to align on goals and delivery.
  • Design, implement, and enforce scalable production systems and processes across multiple long-lifecycle games.
  • Define and maintain clear delivery frameworks: roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Drive decision-making and prioritization to balance speed, quality, and long-term impact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across people, scope, timelines, and technical constraints.
  • Plan resources at scale to ensure teams are staffed, focused, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Ensure operational excellence in live environments by planning updates, managing backlogs, and coordinating releases.
  • Continuously improve execution by removing bottlenecks, sharpening prioritization, and accelerating learning loops.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in senior production, complex project management, or operational leadership roles.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of products or programs from planning through long-term live operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale production processes and systems across teams and functions.
  • Experience leading senior, multidisciplinary teams with high autonomy.
  • Strong delivery mindset focused on predictable shipping, high standards, and on-time execution.
  • Excellent project management fundamentals: planning, sequencing, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
  • Ability to operate close to strategy while remaining deeply execution-oriented and making trade-offs.
  • Analytical mindset with a bias toward clear structure and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
  • High standards for ownership, focus, and follow-through; willingness to learn and adapt.
