Description

  • Set up new products and SKUs in ERP, PIM, and website systems before launch.
  • Gather, validate, and maintain product classifications, attributes, dimensions, and vendor details throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Reconcile product information across multiple systems, identify discrepancies, and correct issues at the source.
  • Follow up with global vendors and mills to obtain missing product specifications.
  • Maintain trackers for open requests and product launch readiness.
  • Run weekly and monthly data audits, cleanups, and launch-preparation cycles.
  • Identify recurring data issues and recommend process improvements for product setup and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, product data, catalog management, e-commerce operations, or a similar detail-focused role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups, filters, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to identify small errors.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems; ERP, PIM, or e-commerce back-end experience is preferred.
  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills with external partners.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable with recurring, process-driven work.
  • Experience in home furnishings or fashion is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Korean, Italian, German, or French is preferred.
  • Experience using AI tools for data cleanup is preferred.
  • Ability to work a schedule overlapping with US Eastern Time.
