Description

  • Support the sales team through Zendesk by tracking SKU statuses and purchase order lifecycles.
  • Submit, validate, and revise vendor invoices in the client’s invoicing platform and ERP system.
  • Process vendor order confirmations promptly and maintain accurate order records.
  • Coordinate the launch of 160–180 new SKUs per month with vendors, procurement, and product development teams.
  • Provide administrative and data support across procurement and logistics as needed.

Requirements

  • Junior to mid-level experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or a related operations role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and managing SKU, order, and invoice details.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks effectively.
  • C1 or higher written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible for an approximately three-month contract through December 2026, with possible extension into early Q1 2027.
  • Ability to work a US Eastern Time schedule with at least five hours of daily overlap, including a one-hour lunch break.
  • Experience with an ERP system or Zendesk is preferred.
  • Knowledge of purchase order lifecycles or product data in retail/home furnishings is preferred.
  • Based in Latin America is preferred.
