Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity, managing and maintaining employee records.
  • Audit HRIS data regularly to ensure accuracy and update employee information as needed.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Paylocity to support HR initiatives and metrics.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with Paylocity support when needed.
  • Manage system upgrades and new feature rollouts, including staff training as necessary.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, welcome packets, document collection, and HRIS entry.
  • Support onboarding logistics such as orientation scheduling, paperwork completion, and interdepartmental communication.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, system deactivation, and final paperwork.
  • Assist with HR compliance tasks, including updating employee files, tracking certifications, and monitoring policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely submission of employee status changes and related data.
  • Provide administrative support for employee records, inquiries, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HRIS administration and HR workflows, and develop related documentation and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
  • Paylocity experience required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations preferred.
