Description

  • Manage the customer implementation lifecycle from signature to go-live.
  • Translate complex customer pricing models into the platform’s data model.
  • Deliver expert guidance and support to customers to accelerate onboarding and optimize platform usage.
  • Act as the frontline operator and trusted source of product feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Build and document the customer onboarding playbook and scale the onboarding/product specialist team.
  • Develop and execute global strategies for key external partners and implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, GTM, and Engineering teams on implementation requirements and prioritization.
  • Communicate and build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout implementations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical or analytical role such as implementation management, solutions engineering, product, or data analysis within a high-growth environment.
  • Technical background evidenced by a STEM degree, experience working with highly technical products or teams, or demonstrated technical side projects.
  • Proven ability to translate customer requirements (including pricing models) into product or data models.
  • Energetic ownership mentality and ability to move quickly to deliver customer value.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience providing product feedback to inform Product and Engineering decisions (preferred).
