Description

  • Lead or support IT initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications based on business needs.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.
  • Improve service reliability and user experience through incident, problem, and change management practices.
  • Strengthen security posture through risk mitigation, access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions on time and within scope.
  • Document architectures, processes, and operational runbooks to support supportability and audit readiness.
  • Implement automation and tooling to improve performance, reduce manual effort, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Support compliance-aligned practices such as security controls, access governance, and audit support where applicable.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards, governance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Typically 5–10+ years of progressive IT experience in one or more areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, networking, systems, DevOps, ITSM, enterprise applications, or data platforms.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with identity and access technologies such as Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO/MFA, and RBAC.
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with security tooling such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
  • Experience with networking technologies including routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in distributed teams and maintain professional written and verbal communication in English.
  • Willingness to undergo role-appropriate pre-employment screening, such as a background check, and comply with client security policies where required.
