Description

  • Dispatch and coordinate security officers and patrol units.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, radios, and other communication systems.
  • Receive, document, and relay incident reports and service calls.
  • Maintain accurate logs of calls, incidents, and personnel activity.
  • Communicate with clients, security staff, and supervisors to support operations.
  • Escalate emergencies according to company protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide professional customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM on the primary device.
  • Backup device capable of meeting or exceeding an Intel Core i3 processor and functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
