Description

  • Configure and program promotional offers within the loyalty platform.
  • Test campaigns thoroughly and manage scheduling for successful launches.
  • Set up and manage audience segmentation for targeted email and SMS communications.
  • Perform remote testing on integrated systems to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update platform configurations as needed.
  • Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
  • Manage and resolve support tickets from clients and end users.
  • Provide phone support for escalated issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working with technology platforms, data, and system configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Experience with customer support and handling technical or platform-related inquiries.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly.
  • Experience with loyalty platforms or POS systems is a plus.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Internet connection with a minimum primary speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam and noise-canceling USB headset.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office space.
  • Smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
