Description

  • Architect and execute a high-velocity short-form video strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Own the hook, script, and retention logic that improves algorithmic distribution and audience retention.
  • Design, launch, and scale a Creator Program from the ground up.
  • Create incentive models, virality playbooks, and infrastructure to manage external creators and influencers.
  • Provide strategic input on website headlines, campaign visuals, and landing page structures to support a conversion-focused narrative.
  • Identify emerging cultural and platform trends and adapt them for a B2B niche before they become saturated.
  • Analyze watch-time data and drop-off points to iterate on content formats and improve follower growth and pipeline velocity.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage creators for long-term performance partnerships.
  • Build repeatable content formats that can scale and compound over time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing social accounts and generating millions of views through strategic short-form video, with case studies to demonstrate results.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or influencers.
  • Strong understanding of narrative tension and retention editing.
  • Ability to stop the scroll within the first 1.5 seconds of a video.
  • Ability to make professional services content engaging while maintaining brand authority and institutional trust.
  • High-autonomy working style with the ability to identify opportunities, script solutions, and coordinate production independently.
  • Comfort using metrics to validate creative decisions while recognizing that virality is not fully predictable from data alone.
  • Strategic mindset that treats content as repeatable franchises rather than individual posts.
  • Ongoing attention to platform updates and creator psychology to find distribution advantages.
  • Minimum technical setup: primary internet connection of at least 15 Mbps, backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps, and backup connectivity during power outages.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds Intel Core i3 performance and works during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
