Description

  • Create AI-generated videos, animations, and branded visual assets.
  • Produce realistic AI avatars, facial cloning outputs, and lip-synced video content.
  • Develop short-form and long-form video creatives for marketing campaigns.
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows from ideation through final rendering.
  • Generate cinematic AI visuals, motion graphics, and animated content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to turn concepts into visual storytelling.
  • Optimize creative outputs based on engagement, conversion, and performance metrics.
  • Stay current on emerging AI creative tools, trends, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, motion graphics, or creative design.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, facial cloning, lip-syncing, AI avatars, animations, and AI-enhanced marketing creatives.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Higgsfield, HeyGen, ComfyUI, Freepik AI, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, or similar AI-generation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of prompting, workflow optimization, and AI content pipelines.
  • Ability to create visually polished, realistic, and engaging AI media content.
  • Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, pacing, motion, and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and high creative standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Preferred: experience creating viral or high-performing AI content for social media.
  • Preferred: familiarity with automation workflows and AI production pipelines.
  • Preferred: experience with cinematic editing, VFX, or motion design.
  • Preferred: understanding of branding, direct response creatives, and performance marketing.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps, capable of supporting work during a power outage.
  • Primary desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
